      Plain English summary: Use Campus Report for its intended purpose — reading the newsletter, finding deals, swapping books. Don't scrape it, copy it, or try to compete with it using our content. Our content is ours. Your data is yours.
    

1. Who We Are

Campus Report is a weekly newsletter network for college students operated by Penpals Media LLC. These Terms apply to all Campus Report editions including Rexburg, Provo, Orem, and any future editions at campusreport.co and all subdomains.

2. Using Campus Report

Campus Report is free to read and subscribe to. You must be 13 or older to subscribe. By subscribing you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree — no hard feelings — just don't subscribe.

3. What You Can Do

Read the newsletter. Share it with friends. Use the book swap board. Claim student deals. Submit events. That's what we built it for.

4. What You Cannot Do

The following are not allowed and may result in legal action:

Scraping, copying, or harvesting content from Campus Report using bots or automated tools
Reproducing or republishing our content without written permission
Using our content to build a competing newsletter, product, or service
Using our content to train AI or machine learning models
Collecting subscriber email addresses or personal data from our platform
Impersonating Campus Report or creating fake editions of our newsletter
Using Campus Report for any illegal purpose

5. Our Content Is Ours

Everything on Campus Report — the name, the design, the articles, the deal rankings, the newsletter layout, the code — belongs to Penpals Media LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. "Campus Report" and all city edition names are our trademarks. You may not use them without written permission.

6. Content You Submit

When you submit an event, deal, book listing, or tip you give us permission to publish it in Campus Report. You confirm you have the right to share it and that it doesn't violate anyone else's rights.

7. Advertisers and Deals

Campus Report features deals and advertisements from local businesses. We don't guarantee deals are always available or accurate — businesses change their offers. Always confirm deal availability directly with the business. We may earn revenue from advertising relationships.

8. No Warranties

Campus Report is provided as-is. We do our best but we can't guarantee the newsletter will always be error-free, that deals will always be valid, or that the service will never be interrupted. Use your own judgment.

9. Liability Limit

To the maximum extent allowed by law our liability for any claim related to Campus Report is limited to $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes will be resolved in Madison County, Idaho.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll notify subscribers of significant changes in the newsletter. Continuing to use Campus Report after changes means you accept them.
